The Supreme Court of Washington does not recognize the certification of specialties in the practice of law. Certificates, awards, or recognition as a Super Lawyer or Rising Star are not requirements to practice law in the state of Washington.

About

I believe that a successful practice of law requires both a thorough understanding of the client’s problem and goals, and real trust in the lawyer-client relationship. Both these elements are key to creating an approach and achieving an outcome that exceeds client expectations.

I have followed this practice model in the wide variety of cases I’ve handled since becoming an attorney in 2002. My practice focuses on civil litigation of claims, including personal injury claims, assisted living facility and nursing home claims, construction defect claims, consumer rights claims, civil rights violations, and trespass claims. In handling construction defect and trespass matters, I have represented owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and product manufacturers in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration.
