Former Employment:

My experience includes working as a Washington State Assistant Attorney General, and as an insurance defense attorney.  Since leaving the defense side of litigation in 2010, my practice has focused almost exclusively on representing injured parties.  My background and experience provides me with a perspective that is unique in the field of plaintiff’s attorneys.  In short, I know how claims are valued and viewed from the insurance defense perspective, and how to prepare and present a case for maximum impact.

Case Management:

In addition to handling a broad variety of personal injury claims, I have also handled dozens of complex multiparty and multimillion dollar lawsuits arising from claims of construction defects, civil rights violations, and Consumer Protection Act violations. My construction defect experience includes both commercial and residential projects, as well as disputes among owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors. Through the use of document scanning, electronic file management, database programs, and efficient indexing of materials, you can rest assured that your case will be handled with the utmost efficiency and respect for confidentiality.
